10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

10.1 This Privacy Policy is governed by and operated in accordance with the laws of India. If any of the parties wish to seek legal recourse, the courts in Haryana, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all matters arising pursuant to this Privacy Policy.
