Our efforts are always towards fulfilling our customer's orders immediately and on priority. Orders, once placed cannot be altered/cancelled after 4 hours of placement. Once an order is packed/shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be treated as a return due to non-acceptance.

We want our customers to have a joyful experience using our products. Your purchase is eligible for return or replacement only if it meets the following conditions within 48 hours of receiving the product:

  • We pack our products with a lot of care and love so that they reach our customers safely. In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged or has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect, please send us a photo of the damaged product and box within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • If an incorrect product was delivered to you, i.e. the product does not match the item description mentioned on the website or the wrong product is delivered.
  • Every return or exchange request is treated as an individual case. We are unable to offer refunds if we’ve been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, if there are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency or if the recipient refuses the package.


If your purchase meets our return criteria as stated above, please email us at care@tableworx.in within 48 hours of delivery with the following information:
- Order number
- Delivery address
- Specify the reason for the return, and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item at care@tableworx.in.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to consider any emails or images sent after 48 hours of the delivery.
If there is a genuine defect in the product, we'd be happy to exchange your product with a replacement or a credit voucher of the same value or refund your order amount within 1 month after the product is picked up from the given address.
Under certain circumstances, if we are unable to provide you with a replacement against your ordered product, then we will notify you, and thereafter will process your refund, a credit of the paid amount will reflect in the original mode of payment within 7-10 business days.
If you find that the package has been tampered with, please do not accept the item and handover the package back to the delivery person before signing the POD(Proof of Delivery).
In rare cases, it is possible that the pin code might be unserviceable by our courier partners for returns. In such cases, the reverse pick-up can only be done once the Pincode becomes serviceable again.

We aim to process all disputes very amicably. This is because we want the best for your home. In case there are any disputes which are not resolved despite our best efforts, the jurisdiction for the disputes shall be Haryana, India.

For bulk orders or customized orders, the above policy does not apply. Returns will be discussed on a case-by-case basis for such orders.
